How to register

The quickest and easiest way to register is online. We encourage all delegates to register online for instant confirmation of PBLD and workshop places. Alternatively, fill in the registration form that can be downloaded from the website and return to the congress secretariat. Each delegate must complete a separate form. Please read the registration information carefully before completing the registration form. Forms will beaccepted by post, fax or online.

Early bird registration closes on 31 July 2010.

Registration fees

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. Registrations made after Thursday 30 September must be made onsite at the meeting.

* Group of ASA clinical trainees (GASACT) members receives complimentary NSC registration once (within the first two years of becoming an “Ordinary” member). Present your NSC tax invoice to the federal secretariat after the NSC and your registration fee will be reimbursed.

*** Members of the American Society of Anesthesiologists are entitled to register at the ASA/NZSA member rate. If you are a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, please contact the American Society to obtain a letter that verifies your membership to the Society. Please download a registration form and once completed, fax or email to the congress secretariat with a copy of your letter of membership.

**** Abstract books will be available for $33. They must be ordered at time of registration and in order to ensure accurate numbers by 1 September 2010

Please consider the environment. The committee is keen to reduce the impact on the environment at these meetings. Abstracts will be available on line prior to meeting, and on USB. A notebook and pen will be in your satchel.
